How much does it cost to publish a book?

Do I keep 100% ownership of my book?

Do I keep the royalties from my book?
Yes. Your book royalties belong to you. The amount you receive from each sale depends on the retailer, book format, list price, printing costs, and the publishing platform’s royalty structure. Amazon, for example, calculates royalties differently depending on format and distribution method.
Can you publish my book on Amazon?

Can my book be published on platforms other than Amazon?

How long does it take to publish a book?
It depends on the condition of your manuscript and the services required. A completed manuscript needing only design, formatting, and publishing may move faster than a book requiring extensive editing or revisions.
Once a completed book is submitted to Amazon KDP, Amazon states that titles are typically reviewed and published within approximately 24 to 72 hours, although the overall production process happens before this stage.
Do I need a finished manuscript before contacting you?

Do I need an ISBN to publish my book?
It depends on the format and platform. Print books generally require an ISBN, while Kindle eBooks published through Amazon KDP do not require one. Different print formats may also require separate ISBNs.
